I currently only take select, shorter-term projects. For design, I help with user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other methods, as well as traditional deliverables like wireframes and mockups. For product management, I help as a fractional CPO, helping to manage early teams, with market research, and with go-to-market plans. I occasionally work as a PM extension, distilling marching orders for MVPs or stand-alone features.
